Admission<\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/h4>\n\n\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"elementor-tab-content-5041\" class=\"elementor-tab-content elementor-clearfix\" data-tab=\"1\" role=\"region\" aria-labelledby=\"elementor-tab-title-5041\"><p>Eligible to enter are all nationalities* athletes (both men and women),\u00a0<span lang=\"EN-GB\" style=\"background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;\">at least 16 years of age, i.e. all those borne within 2011. Participants who are still minors on the race day, compete with their parents\u2019 permission.<\/span><span lang=\"EN-GB\"> All minors\u2019 authorization shall be written on the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dobbiacocortina.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/TOCO-modulo-minorenni-50esima.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">organization\u2019s form<\/a>\u00a0provided by ENDU or directly by the organization.<\/span><\/p><p><strong>Note for Italian Citizens only:<\/strong> to participate in the race it is essential to show a valid &#8220;medical-sports certificate&#8221;, for details see Rules in Italian<\/p><p>Applications for registration from athletes who have underway doping sanctions by sports and \/ or ordinary justice will not be accepted.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-toggle-item\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h4 id=\"elementor-tab-title-5042\" class=\"elementor-tab-title\" data-tab=\"2\" role=\"button\" aria-controls=\"elementor-tab-content-5042\" aria-expanded=\"false\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-toggle-icon elementor-toggle-icon-right\" aria-hidden=\"true\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-toggle-icon-closed\"><i class=\"fas fa-caret-square-down\"><\/i><\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-toggle-icon-opened\"><i class=\"elementor-toggle-icon-opened fas fa-caret-square-up\"><\/i><\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<a class=\"elementor-toggle-title\" tabindex=\"0\">2. Registrations<\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/h4>\n\n\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"elementor-tab-content-5042\" class=\"elementor-tab-content elementor-clearfix\" data-tab=\"2\" role=\"region\" aria-labelledby=\"elementor-tab-title-5042\"><p>Registration can only be done <a href=\"\/en\/registration\/\"><strong>ONLINE<\/strong><\/a>, by connecting to the platform directly from the official website, individual registrations by email or fax are not possible. <strong>Online registrations will close on Tuesday 02\/02\/2027 &#8211; 23:59;<\/strong>\u00a0last minute registrations on site will be possible during race office opening hours only if bibs are still available and will follow the same rules as those online.<\/p><p>Registration will be considered complete after payment of the fee and delivery of the required documents. The registration fees paid will not be refunded if the participant doesn\u2019t start the race for any reason (including force majeure) or if he does not collect the bib. Registration is binding and cannot be transferred to next edition.<\/p><p>It is possible to replace the name of a participant with that of another athlete, this practice costs \u20ac 20 (twenty) as secretarial contribution. It is not allowed, under penalty of disqualification, or involving someone else with their name and bib, nor the exchange of bibs. The organization reserves the right to cancel incomplete registrations, cancelled registrations will not be refunded.<\/p><p>The registration fee includes: shuttle Service, before and after the race, from Cortina to Dobbiaco; waxing service by Vauhti; technical and medical assistance service; professional time-keeping; race pack with a gadget; race bib; transport service of clothing bags from the start area to the finish area; refreshments along the route and in the finish area; Pasta Party after the race; medal for all participants who finish the race within the maximum time; diploma of participation &#8211; to be downloaded from the site; photo shoot &#8211; individual photos can be purchased from the site.<\/p><p>The final Pasta Party will be served until 1 hour after the maximum time. Start wave<\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/h4>\n\n\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"elementor-tab-content-5043\" class=\"elementor-tab-content elementor-clearfix\" data-tab=\"3\" role=\"region\" aria-labelledby=\"elementor-tab-title-5043\"><p>Every participant may choose his\/her start wave during the online registration process. It is up to the participant to evaluate their own performance level and choose the respective start group. For Elite Group only, it is required the communication of the admission requirements. <b>IMPORTANT<\/b> once chosen, the start wave CANNOT be changed.<\/p><ul><li>Elite Group \u2013 World Cup + National teams A + Team Ski Classics top 50 Men 30 Women + with active FIS code + the first 3 classified 49th edition + excellent performances in the Worldloppet races + invited by the O.C. (Green Card)<\/li><li>Wave 1 \u2013 Race-experienced skiers (wave 1-3 at Vasaloppet)<\/li><li>Wave 2 \u2013 Good amateurs (wave 4-6 at Vasaloppet)<\/li><li>Wave 3 \u2013 Recreational skiers (wave 7-10 at Vasaloppet)<\/li><\/ul><p>The Elite Group requirements have to be entered during online registration; the assignment of the elite bib is subject to the approval of the race director. Showing an identification document is not enough. The chip is located on the back, so any backpack must be worn under the bib so as not to compromise its use. Competitors who are not accredited (electronically detected) at the start and are not recognized are automatically considered not started and excluded from the race. The bags will be transported to the finish area and distributed there. Races Checks<\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/h4>\n\n\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"elementor-tab-content-1973\" class=\"elementor-tab-content elementor-clearfix\" data-tab=\"3\" role=\"region\" aria-labelledby=\"elementor-tab-title-1973\"><p>There are several checkpoints at the start, along the route and upon arrival, Judges Organization\u2019 delegates will carry out random checks and may apply penalties and disqualifications.<\/p><p>Participants must follow instructions given from all event officials including race staff, volunteers, medical personnel, security officers and city officials throughout the duration of the event.
